Just in from the Kingdom Exchequer: If your group gives an event where you DO NOT charge a site fee, but you listed the event on the Calendar so it was/is an official event, you still need to file an NMS report showing attendance numbers for non-members along with ZERO site fee & ZERO non-member surcharge collected. This report will be submitted to the NMS deputy as usual.
And from your Waiver Deputy: you still need to have non-members and minors sign waivers even if you did not charge a site fee or NMS fee. Waivers are for liability and are always necessary.
Seneschals should be helping Event Stewards and group Exchequers to meet all the paperwork requirements both before & after an event.
The the current version of the NMS report does not have columns specific to report this. You’re going to have to find a box that will allow you type in the info to make it clear there was NO site fee and NO NMS fees collected.
