People of the Middle Kingdom – We William and Isolde, King and Queen of the Dragon Realm would have you know the entrants in our Crown Tournament to be held on Sunday May 28th in our Barony of Shadowed Stars. For the procession order, the member of the couple with the highest precedence shall determine the position in line. Here is the list of combatants:

Our tournament will be straight double elimination with a round of bye fights if the combatants on the day exceeds 32. The finals shall be best of three bouts with the fighters bringing whatever weapons for they want by mutual agreement (matched forms not required). All bye fights shall be fought by the Royal Champions. Fighters may bring whatever weapon form they choose for each bout. No weapon may exceed 6’ (six feet) in total length. The face thrust convention for Crown Tournament will be positive force. Maximum shield dimension in any direction is 32”. No visible modern items or sports logos. No tennis shoes or visible duct tape. Please ensure you weapons and armor are in good repair. Please ensure all blade markings and thrusting tips are clearly marked. We encourage heraldry on shields and worn on armor or other clothing. Wearing a favor from your consort is also highly encouraged. The royal champions will be available to warm up combatants prior to the commencement of the tournament. Initial pairings will be done by random draw – Her Majesty will draw the names for the pairings in keeping with tradition.

We are looking forward to a spectacular A&S and Crown Tournament weekend. There some incredible entries in the Kingdom A&S and we will be having court Saturday night as well. Crown Tournament will be Sunday followed by court and a feast celebrating the new heirs. We hope as many of you as possible can join us for an amazing weekend.
